As some of you have noticed, I've made some updates to the forum.

UPDATES:
------------------------------------------------------
+ Installed a Portal.
+ Installed 3 new skins.
- They still need to be adjusted to work with the portal, but they work perfectly on the board itself.
+ Added a subforum in Topic Archive to keep Spam topics and normal topics a part
- Posts in this part of the topic archive aren't added to user postcount, because they're spam topics.
+ Posts in Spam section aren't added to user post count.
+ Recounted user posts.
+ Installed the Crystal Ranks

- Added some emoticons
- uploaded some eps to http://teknoman.ebart.net/episodes/
I will add a cgi script so that people can request episodes.
Preferred method of downloading eps is bittorrent since I'm constantly trying to seed the torrent links now.

Yup, I have all the eps. I'm trying to read up on how to make all the files (26 *wmv) into a torrent.
The episodes are hard to watch because..well it's old, but its tekkaman smile.gif

Hey GJ I have an opinion on something for the forum.

At another board I was at they automatically deleted accounts that didnt have any posts anything after registering for awhile. Maybe we could do something like that here?

Tekkaman Warlords
Type: Admin Group.
Rights: They've got admin access etc..
Requirements: You only get this when a new admin is needed.

Blastor Tekkamen
Type: Moderator Group.
Rights: Global mod rights, can disable user's posting abilities and can ban if needed.
Requirements: Same as the Tekkaman Warlords.

Tekkamen
Type: "Elite" or Regular posters group.
Rights: More upload space, can access hidden forums.
Requirements: 100 posts.

Captured Humans
Type: Posters with < 100 posts.
Rights: Can upload, view 1 hidden forum.
Requirements: Registration.

Guests
Type: Guest group.
Rights: Posting in normal forums.
Requirements: None.

Rejected
Type: Banned group.
Rights: None, once in this group you aren't allowed on the site until you're unbanned.
Requirements: Severly piss off the mods and/or Admins, posting non PG material in topics without warnings. Basicly sever violation of the forum rules.

it's unrelated to the forums, but tekno-mania.com index changed a little


edit: it's barely been 24 hours and the spoiler is quite in use biggrin.gif , it'ls probably win the 'most abused tag' of the year award tongue.gif

Okay, I've made some changes to the spoiler tag which makes it prettier to look at and I've added a new tag for single line spoilers:
Spoiler (Highlight to read): [linespoiler ] [ /linespoiler]
The only problem is that when oyu quote/edit a post with spoiler tags before this date, you'll get html code instead of the tags.

- Enabled Warning System. Mods can now warn users, add their posts to mod queue, ban them or disable their posting abilities. (Should come in handy when there are fights smile.gif )
